ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 7 -- David W. Chen and Leighton L. Chen, both of Lewis Center, Ohio, have developed an ornamental design for a hummingbird feeder. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. D603,567 on Nov. 3.
