ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 7 -- Luis O. Cavada, Miami has developed an iron with actively cooled soleplate. The inventor was issued U.S. Patent No. 7,610,701 on Nov. 3.
The patent has been assigned to Applica Consumer Products Inc., Miramar, Fla.
