ST. LOUIS., Nov. 3 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's U.S. Attorney's office for the Eastern District Of Missouri issued the following press release:
Robert Fee has pleaded guilty to illegal possession of a firearm, Acting United States Attorney Michael W. Reap and Macon County Sheriff Robert Dawson announced today.
ROBERT FEE, Excello, Missouri, pleaded guilty to one felony count of being a previously convicted felon in possession of a firearm for his possession of a firearm between March 15 and April 15, 2008, in Macon County. Due to a previous felony conviction, he is prohibited by law to own or possess firearms. He appeared before United States District Judge Jean C. Hamilton.
