OSWEGO, N.Y., Nov. 9 -- The Oswego County Sheriff issued the following press release:
On 11/05/09, Graeme J. Anderson, 42, of 208 Ravine St., Canastota, NY, was operating a 2003 GMC suburban southbound on CR 6 in the Town of Volney at 3:54 p.m. when he reportedly lost control of the vehicle 2/10 of a mile north of Emery Road. Reportedly, the vehicle went off the east side of the roadway and struck a utility pole with its passenger side door area causing a large section of the pole to break out from the base and top area that was connected to the overhead wires.
