Cunningham of Concord, N.C., Cheng-Le Zhao of Charlotte, N.C., Li Zhuo of Fort Mill, S.C., Konrad Roschmann of Ludwigshafen-Edigheim, Germany, Joerg Leuninger of Mainz, Germany, and Rolf Dersch of Neustadt, Germany, have developed an aqueous coating composition with excellent freeze-thaw stability. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,612,126 on Nov. 3.

The patent has been assigned to BASF Aktiengesellschaft, Ludwigshafen, Germany.
