ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 11 -- Norbert Lenz of Celle, Germany, Peter Kunow of Berlin, and Klaus Biester of Wienhausen, Germany, have developed a electric control and supply system. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,615,893 on Nov. 10.
The patent has been assigned to Cameron International Corp., Houston.
According to the abstract released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A system supplies electrical power to a remote electrical device. The system includes an AC/DC voltage converter coupled to the AC voltage source for converting an AC voltage from the AC voltage source to a high DC voltage output at a first location.
