London, Nov. 12 -- Twilight stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have once again fuelled rumours of romance after the couple was photographed holding hands in Paris.
The duo whose onscreen affair has been a hit, have been travelling around the world to promote the second flick of the series, The Twilight Saga: New Moon.
Although, both the actors have always denied dating reports, gossip started doing the rounds again when the pair was seen making out outside a Hollywood screening of the film sequel in October.
