WASHINGTON, Nov. 11 -- Sen. Arlen Specter, R-Pennsylvania, has introduced a bill (S. 2159) to "extend the temporary suspension of duty on helium."
The bill introduced on Oct. 29, was co-sponsored by Sen. Robert P. Casey, D-Pennsylvania. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
