WASHINGTON, Nov. 10 -- The U.S. Department of Energy's Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued the text of the following delegated order:

ORDER APPROVING WILDLIFE AVOIDANCE PLAN PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 420

On September 26, 2008, HDR Engineering, Inc., on behalf of Haida Corporation (licensee), filed a wildlife avoidance plan (plan) pursuant to article 420 of the license for the Reynolds Creek Hydroelectric Project (FERC No. 11480). When constructed, the project will be located on Reynolds Creek, near the town of Hydaburg, on Prince of Wales Island, in southeast Alaska.
