Article: H1N1 INFLUENZA VACCINE AVAILABLE AT LAFENE HEALTH CENTER FOR KANSAS STATE UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

MANHATTAN, Kan., Nov. 11 -- Kansas State University issued the following news release:

The H1N1 influenza vaccine is now available at Kansas State University's Lafene Health Center.

The first H1N1 vaccine clinic will be from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 12, in Forum Hall of the K-State Student Union. Additional dates will be listed on the Lafene Web site at http://www.k-state.edu/lafene.

Only K-State students will be eligible for the vaccine. Any K-State student between the ages of 16-24 or those between 25-64 who have an underlying health condition (such as asthma or diabetes) will be eligible to receive the vaccine.
