Exports of man-made suede made of microfiber are favorable and textile manufacturers have plans to advance into this sector one after another.
Even polyester producers have begun to adopt a system for production increases because the profitability of microfiber for manmade suede is higher than regular yarn. For example, in a tie-up with Chia Her Industrial Co., Ltd., Tainan Spinning Co., Ltd. is going to expand a production capacity of polyester microfiber to increase the man-made suede output and start increasing production by the end of this year.
