The U.S. Air Force's new F-22 stealth fighter is carrying the concept of sensor fusion and presentation to a new level. The aircraft features what experts believe to be the first true integrated avionics system on any combat aircraft in the world.
Lockheed Martin/Boeing's twinengine fighter is designed to fly and maneuver at high supersonic speeds without the use of engine afterburners.
