The quest for the right questions in the construction industry

In this article, John Hinchey and Lawrence Schor review the most significant developments in the construction industry ADR use over the last 15 years. During this period the industry has criticized, scrutinized, and revised ADR processes, all the while asking itself, "What's wrong with these processes? What's right?"
