Dan Page returns as editor of The State Journal

CHARLESTON - Ten years after leaving the paper, Dan Page is returning to The State Journal as editor.
Now associate director of Forward Southern West Virginia, a development organization based in Beckley, Page will begin as editor of West Virginia's weekly business newspaper Nov. 11.
Page, who was the first editor of The State Journal when it was founded in 1984, has been in the newspaper business for 25 years. He said he is looking forward to returning to the newspaper he helped create.
"The State Journal has had exceptional growth during the 10 years I have been gone. I was privileged to play a role in its beginning 18 years ago and I'm excited to return," Page said.
