University Bank, St. Paul, Minn., the only insured Community Development Financial Institution in Minnesota and one of fewer than 50 in America, has announced that its new Urban Revitalization Fund has reached a milestone. The socially responsible investment option that supports economically-challenged communities in the Saint Paul/Minneapolis area, has reached more than $10 million in deposits since it's formation in early June.
