FOR DECADES, the Atlantic Canadian Province of New Brunswick has maintained powerful ties - social, cultural, and commercial - to the U.S. Northeast. But only within the past 15 years have these bonds of history generated the sort of excitement that transforms a regional economy into a North American "destination of choice" for investment.
