Spring 1968, and something else was brewing over dinner at Brennan's restaurant other than just the after-dinner coffee. Restaurateur Owen "Pip" Brennan, the son of the restaurant's founder, had a hankering to start a new Carnival parade and on this evening was meeting with some of the big boys in the Carnival establishment. What sort of impression would he make?
