Community First buys more banks in Colo.

Community First Bankshares, Inc., Fargo, N.D., has signed an agreement to acquire FNB, Inc., Greeley Colo., a bank holding company that owns First National Bank of Greeley and Poudre Valley Bank in Fort Collins, Colo., in exchange for Community First common stock. The acquisition, subject to regulatory approvals, is expected to close this quarter. The announcement comes just one week after Community First Bankshares announced it will purchase Community Bancorp, Inc., the parent company of Community First National Bank, of Thornton, Colo.
