PC POSTAGE. Never before in the history of the computer industry has there been such a protracted gestation of a simple idea. The ability to print a complete envelope on a PC printer, with full postage legitimately evidenced, is as natural as using a word processor. Yet this incredibly beneficial feature has been held back for more than 2 years while the United States Postal Service (USPS) deliberates over standards, security and control issues.
