Great expectations? What the future holds for young managers

The Chartered Management Institute (formerly the Institute of Management), supported by PPP healthcare, has undertaken research into the values and beliefs that shape the working lives of 25 to 35 year old managers today. Born between 1967 and 1977 and having been working for between 5 & 15 years, their experiences and attitudes provide a timely perspective on the current and future challenges facing managers, employers and policymakers alike.
