Kimberly Noel Sweet, 38, is Co-owner of Thrifty Car Sales in Jackson.
Owning an automobile dealership seemed natural for Kimberly Noel Sweet. After all, she reasoned, women make most car-buying decisions.
"When statistics show that 55% of women buy all used cars and nearly half of all cars, one has to ask the question. why there aren't more female sales consultants, sales managers, finance managers and dealers," said Sweet, a native of Los Angeles. "There can only be a greater sense of respect, fairness and overall satisfaction when peers are involved in the process."
