Cheryl Eftink, acting district director for the Small Business Administration office in Des Moines, told bankers gathering at the Cedar Bend Golf Course in Charles City, Iowa, May 12 that "you are our most important link to small business."
Eftink spoke at the annual Iowa Bankers Association Group 3 meeting. The meeting was the second in a series of eight IBA group meetings scheduled between May 11 and May 21. Most of the 90-minute business meetings were accompanied by a meal and a round of golf.
