Not all mergers end in disater for agents

Over the past few years we have reported on the effect mergers have had on some MANA member agents. In many of these cases, the agents lost out either to an in-house team or an extant team of agents already representing the acquiring company. Our main reasons for publishing reports on these cases is to point out that without a good contract in place, an agent often has little to say about his or her fate after principals merge.
