If you run a self-service retail business that does annual sales of over $300 a square foot without advertising, the profit margins have to be pretty good, even it you're selling everything for one dollar or less.

That's what Bob Clay and wife Sherry, the co-owners of the new My Dollar Store in Charles Town expect it to do in several years, based on the results of their other store, the Clinton Dollar Store.
