John Fox of the ASC explains the complaints referral system set up to assist disgruntled investors

The Australian Securities Commission has established the Financial Complaints Referral Centre (FCRC), in line with one of the recommendations of the Federal Government's Financial System inquiry.

The FCRC was set up in conjunction with financial complaints services from throughout the country and was designed to make it easier for people to find the right place to complain about financial services in Australia.
