A project called The Protein Atlas of the Human Genome promises to rapidly expand knowledge of the human proteome's relationship to the genome. The Atlas is the first product from Confirmant (www.confirmant.com), a joint venture between Marconi (www.marconi.com) and Oxford Glycosiences (www.ogs.com, see story on this page).
