What was once a taboo subject, discussed only behind closed doors, if at all, has now become a major legal, social, and political issue. Sexual harassment is also big business-consultants and trainers around the country offer advice on how to recognize and address it, and lawyers collect hefty fees for helping to develop sexual harassment policies and for litigating claims by employees and students.
