After reviewing past results in the professional stage legal aspects papers, it is fair to say that many students find this core subject particularly challenging. As a practising lawyer and lecturer to students and professional institutes, I find it is not unusual for many of them to be more anxious about legal subjects. The reason is the same for all: the assumption that anything legal must be extremely difficult.
