In April, Oswego County was hit with one of the most devastating natural disasters in decades. For almost two days, freezing rain covered trees, utility lines, and buildings, causing significant damage to homes and businesses throughout the county. Ice-storm damage costs are estimated at $3.8 million to $5 million in Oswego County.
