The old saw that "if you want something done right, do it yourself" certainly applies in the case of Oracle Packaging's efforts to make a major change in the video tape industry. After unveiling a redesigned video cassette in 1994, the company has scrapped a previous deal with a California firm in favor of producing the new model VHS cassettes, IntellishellTM, at its Toledo facility on Stickney Avenue.
