Our study has aimed at investigating whether serum sCD23 is elevated in patients with perennial allergic rhinitis as compared to nonatopic controls, whether sCD23 in perennial allergic rhinitis fluctuates during the natural course in untreated patients, and whether sCD23 is decreased by immunotherapy.
