Last year, RNABC published The New Health Care: A Nursing Perspective, which looks at primary health care and health care reform. In addition, the Association held a teleconference on primary health care and co-sponsored a national think tank on primary health care and nursing. RNABC has also been actively involved in promoting community health centres through its membership on the provincial Health Centre Working Group and by holding two teleconferences on community development initiatives by registered nurses in B.C.
