"Ten years ago, nine out of ten businesses I visited didn't know what a fax machine was," recalls Tom Eshelman, sales executive at Danka Business Systems in Winchester, which handles Canon products.
Today, the fax machine is not only ubiquitous but often multi-functional as well. And, like their computer cousins, fax machines prices reflect the rapid pace of technological improvements.
