Digital color wide format printing is just a little over ten years old, and yet is the most diverse and fastest growing segment of the graphic arts industry. By 2001, after registering annual growth of 50% to 200% in some markets, the value of products produced on wide format equipment in the U.S. and Canada is estimated at between $8.8 to $10 billion in retail sales value.
