Article: The current status of Internet commerce in Hong-Kong

ABSTRACT

This research explores the use of the Internet, in particular the World Wide Web, by businesses in Hong Kong to promote and sell their products and services. Content analysis of Web pages and selected interviews were used to gain insight into the role of the Internet in marketing channels as well as the product/service variety offered and transaction formats provided on the Internet.
