Article: Cloister taps wellspring of employee enthusiasm

Taking a tour of Cloister Spring Water Co.'s Lancaster facility with President Blair B. Mohn is a bit like following Willie Wonka through the chocolate factory.

"The whole idea is we want to make this to be a fun place to work," said Mohn as he showed off his company's new $5 million, 100,000-square-foot headquarters and production facility.

The spacious new factory sports skylights and whitewashed walls mottled with a rainbow of primary colors -- even the wooden pallets on the factory floor are painted sky blue.
