Article: Spokane foundry sues group of competitors

Spokane Industries Inc., which operates a foundry in the Spokane Valley, has sued three Vancouver, Wash.-based companies and an Australian-based company for allegedly attempting to interfere with the production and marketing of its products.

Defendants in the lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court here include Canica-Jaques Inc., Canica VSI Crushers Inc., and Canica Crushers Inc., all of Vancouver; and Clyde Corp., of Australia.
