Former St. Elmo Steak House co-owner Jeff Dunaway threw more fat into the fire last week over his dismissal, making good on a threat to sue his estranged partner, Stephen M. Huse.
The suit, filed in Marion County Civil Court, accuses Huse of breaching a "fiduciary relationship" with Dunaway by scheming to oust him from the restaurant. It also said Huse attempted to enrich himself and his other restaurant business, Huse Food Group Inc., at St. Elmo's expense.
The suit seeks unspecified compensatory and punitive damages for Dunaway.
