Cedar Builders Inc., of Spokane, is seeking approval from the city of Spokane to construct a bowling alley at its North Side residential and commercial development, called Cedar Creek Village.

According to documents filed with the city, Cedar Builders has applied for a special permit to develop the bowling alley on a parcel that currently is zoned for both limited residential office, and local business uses. Such zoning requires a special permit for a bowling alley.

The bowling alley would be built on a parcel that is one of four commercial sites included in the Cedar Creek Village development, located at the southeast corner of Magnesium Road and Nevada Street. The commercial sites are ...
