A major new business park is about to be developed in Preston County, off the Hazelton Exit of Interstate 68.
A total of 287 acres have been purchased for the park, said Brian Thomas, chairman of the Preston County Economic Development Authority's Board of Directors. The agency has the right of first refusal on an additional 400 acres.
The park, to be known as Northpointe, should be an excellent location for distribution and warehousing operations, Thomas said.
