CROSS LANES--Genghis Khan needed little help with managing people.

His methods aren't approved by the World Bank, however, so when that entity needed someone to help a Mongolian strip mine set up a workable human resources program, Frank Snyder got the call.

Snyder is president of SAISnyder & Associates Inc., a human resources consulting firm in Cross Lanes.

He spent several weeks in Mongolia this summer working as a consultant with the Baganuur Joint Stock Co.
