Shirley Mullin can't relate to the fictional character played by actress Meg Ryan in the recent blockbuster movie "You've Got Mail."
In the film, Ryan portrays the owner of a longtime children's bookshop that's being forced out of business by a megabookstore that has opened its doors just down the street.
