Helen McCarthy is surrounded in her near eastside Indianapolis office by authentic sports memorabilia. She is flanked by the locker where Ohio State's twotime Heisman Trophy winner Archie Griffin hung his helmet and a piece of hardwood Indiana University Coach Bob Knight paced for two decades at Assembly Hall.
They're representative of items McCarthy's company, Admiral Awards, has sold to adoring fans eager to take
home a piece of sports history. From flag poles to seat signs and Astroturf to urinals, McCarthy's company has salvaged it.
