Anyone who knows Walter Howard Smith Jr., PhD, speaks of him with great admiration and respect. In addition to being the executive director of Family Resources, an organization that provides child abuse support and treatment services, Dr. Smith is in private practice as a therapist and is known throughout the United States for his work in the field of psychology.
