Hill District Ministries has been combating poverty, community organizational issues, hunger and housing problems for the past 13 years.

A nonprofit corporation consisting of 39 churches of various denominations, Hill District Ministries was founded in 1985 by Rev. Thomas Smith of Monumental Baptist Church, which is also in the Hill District.
