Article: New ITVS Outreach Initiative Energizes Native Media: Efforts to Promote Filmmaking and Community Action Underway

With an assertive "commitment to do active outreach to the Native community in 2003 and 2004," the innovative film production funding source ITVS (the Independent Television Service) is coming to a community near you.
