The Marcus Amphitheater along Milwaukee's waterfront looks like a huge, open airplane hanger, the sort of hall that could house a massive dirigible like the Goodyear Blimp. One could imagine a place like this packed for artists like rocker Tom Petty or country-howler Toby Keith. Twenty-four thousand seats right along-side Lake Michigan. Gorgeous.
This was the setting for the Fifth Annual Native American Music Awards. The Native American Music Association is a non-profit organization founded by Ellen Bello.
