CARIBBEAN AND OTHER nation also may soon be subject to Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS) registration requirements similar to current regulations imposed on immigrants from some Middle Eastern and South Asian countries and those with a criminal record may be faced with the risk of a new wave of deportation.
