Article: City of Lauderdale Lakes begins contract negotiations for a new city manager

The Lauderdale Lakes City Commission voted unanimously to select Anita Fain Taylor as its final candidate for city manager and began-contract negotiations for the position. She will be the first female African American city manager in Broward County.

The Commission hired Colin Baenziger and Associates, an executive recruiter and management consultant firm, to gather a group of 28 candidates. Taylor was chosen from a short list of five and two alternates.
