The Rockefeller Group Development Corporation and Scranton Lackawanna Industrial Building Company (SLIBCO) have reached a marketing and development agreement for the Jessup Small Business Center (JSBC) and the Valley View Business Park (VVBP).
Under the agreement, Rockefeller will obtain Foreign Trade Zone status for JSBC and WBP and Rockefeller has exclusive development rights for foreign trade zone users in the adjacent parks. Rockefeller, in partnership with IDI, plans to develop industrial buildings tip to a maximum of approximately one million square feet in the parks.
